I spent nearly $435 for a pair of special glasses, the ones that turn into sunglass as you go outside. Two weeks later, I get the glasses back, I take them to work discovering that they do not turn dark. I call them back, and drop them off. Two weeks later, I call them back inquiring about my glasses, they respond, not sure. They tell me that they will call me back. I do not hear from them, for the rest of the day, so I call the next day. They tell me that the lens are not cut properly for my frames. OK, I drop off my frames for them. They tell me that they will have them back the next day. I talked with the office manager, and ask if a discount is going to be applied for my inconvenience. She got on the phone and spoke with someone, and I heard her laughing as she inquired about compensating me. When she got off of the phone, she told me that Weinstein said that they would give me 50% off a pair of sunglasses or new frames. Hello! I just bought a new pair of frames and why would I need sunglasses. I bit my lip, left - never to return.



Cheap! Terrible service, they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. The tech Denise, was helpful but was powerless do any good for me. The owner needs to make changes. Advice, treat your customers like you want to be treated.
