This place has a good location. I'm pretty sure that's the only reason it's still in business.

ZERO=Customer Service; I purchased a product that had a manufacture defect and the owner of the store would not let me return it (with a receipt) or receive a credit to purchase a replacement. The cashier behind the counter even told me that several customers had been to the store requesting a return on the same product. I don't know what it is about this store but it seems like they don't want to stand behind any of the products they sell and you actually pay a premium price for the "Service" you're suppose to get.
