Seriously, 5 stars? I truly believe that these reviews were written by people within the company because they did a terrible job, and were a nightmare to deal with. I mean just look how general the reviews are, no one says "plush" except carpet "professionals".

They cleaned our carpet very poorly, and every time I had to contact them for whatever reason, they were rude, and incompetent. Seriously, don't believe these other reviews, they're probably not legitimate. I originally contacted them and they said 120 for everything, then they got there and said well now it's 250. On top of that, their associate who they sent out there was extremely rude and unprofessional. After the cleaning and payment and such, all I wanted was a copy of the receipt emailed to me so I could provide proof of the cleaning to my landlord. I HAD TO CALL THEM 6 TIMES BEFORE THEY EMAILED ME THE RECEIPT. And the 6th time when they actually did, I got in touch with the supervisor and he did it on the spot, which was about a week later from my original call. Seriously, these guys are the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
