Our Technician was the best there is! He was great - just perfect. The quality of work that they did to fix our Pipe and shower was just excellent!

Quote to install a water pan under a hot a water heater $150 to $200. Bill 387.30 and they didn't connect the pan to a drain. Fair? What do you think?

They are excellent as usual! I had a problem with my toilet, It was leaking so they came and fixed that. Everything is excellent and great.

They fixed my toilet under an hour! If I need something I call them up and they come right away!

We have used Sterling Mainz a lot. The last thing they did was fix a leak in the water pipes down in our basement. They always do an excellent job.

Do not do business with this company! This company does not provide free estimates. When I agreed to a service call they travelled 5 miles to the location, the representative talked on phone with office for about 5 minutes more and left. I was sent a bill for $99.00. When I had contacted 5 other companies who provided the same service none had charged for the service call.

When I told them this, they threaten me with contacting a collections agency! They sent me a statement with no address on it other than a PO Box and no number on the invoice. They are on angie's list so be aware!

used them for repair of a gargage disposal...they were fast, curtious, clean and very friendly. He reccommended a replacement and gave me several options to choose. would use them again

We requested an estimate and never received it. They went forward with the work and charged us for the technician travel time. That was not told to us up front. They replaced and charged us for a check valve when we had just put a new one in. We would not use them again
