I walked into Gold N' Tan & Travel in Oconomowoc Wi on Oct 27th at 3:51pm. As I started to give my last name the girl interrupted me and said "we close at 4pm so you can't tan, but you can buy a package." I had previously purchased a 3 time $50 package from them. I am extremely disappointed and upset because I paid ALOT of money for my package for only 3 sessions and I walked in 9 minutes before doors close! I am disappointed and floored because of the fact that she wouldn't help me with letting me tan but she was more then willing to take more money for a package? Really? I work in customer service and if I client walks in 1 minute before we close WE SERVICE THEM! It is absolutely ridiculous that I was denied the tan that I paid my money for because the girl did not want to put the effort in to putting me in a room for 8 minutes. Oh and by the way I only go in for 8 so I would've left on time. Awful to be turned away DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Totally ridiculous and after my very expensive package is up I will not be returning to that establishment again.

I've been going to Gold N Tan for a few yrs now. I get a base before each vacation and the beds heat up fast and the staff is great!

I went into this salon for the first time, and I think its great! I love the size of the regular beds, and you get a great tan! The prices are actually lower than some of the salons in town, so I decided to go there, to check it out! Awesome! I am going to continue going there! Thanks!

The best equipment I have ever seen. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recomend you see it for yourself. I got great color there.
