Barnes Jewelers was established in the South Shore area of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1986. After quickly outgrowing this location, Barnes Jewelers relocated to Brookfield, Wisconsin in 1993. This move was a wise decision, as we greatly increased our inventory and expanded our loyal customer base. We again outgrew this store, and when the opportunity to relocate to a growing community presented itself, we decided to move once again, this time to the Pabst Farms Marketplace in Oconomowoc..

The jeweler at Barns Jewlers has a poor skill level and even poorer customer service. He told me he could make repairs on my jewelry, charged me and as cheaply as possible repaired my jewelery. It fell apart in 6 months. He is also extremley rude. He yelled at my husband and I when we asked him about the poor repair. I opted to not have him repair the REPAIR. I will never trust him with my jewelery nor should anyone else. There are by far better jewelrs out there with a much more honest work ethic, and a much more pleasent personality. This guy is sad.
