Brought my car for wheel alignment that were never done right.Talked to store manager Bobby Burnett who was very rude to me. Took the car to another place and they confirmed to me that my car was not aligned. Please do yourself a favor ,take your business somewhere else...This have never happened to me before.

If I was able to leave no stars checked I Would...This location is Awful...I should of known after spending thousands in there over the last 2 yrs...Going in for an oil change...and suddenly they give u the run around about this and this needs to be done...u walk out spending 900...Was in there lil over 3 months ago and now the same problem that I went in for is happening again.

shopped on line and found they had the best price. Got the quote online and Called the store. Spoke to Bobby. I believe he is the store manager. Made the appointment for 5:30 and drive out at 6:50. And the invoice matched the quote. I will be going back. It's nice not having to stress over 4 tires. Friendly service by everyone I met.

Thankfully I called ahead. They were so rude over the phone, I opted to go elsewhere. There's too many other places that appreciate customers.

On 8/15/2012 I brought my 2006 Dodge Charger Rt to the new Pepboys on Good Homes road because I had a Squeaking noise at low speeds between 1-30 MPH. I instructed Pepboys that I wanted to repair the noise that my car was making. They came back with an estimate of $600+ dollars for the correction and repair of the squeak/noise. I recieved a call from one of the managers Bobby, with a additional repair cost of $200- dollars which totaled the repairs at $781.57 dollars, as a customer I trusted that Pepboys being a national operation had qualified personel that diagnosed the problem correctly, therefore I agreed hesitatly for the additional repairs Pepboys said needed to be done and that it would eliminate the squeak/noise. Later that evening I received another phone call stating that my car was done, and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival they presented a bill and I paid in full, and left with my car. On the drive home I noticed that it was in fact making the same squeak/noise, I immediately contacted pepboys and informed them of the issue, they offered to fix my car at no additional charge. I discussed with Pepboys that I was concerned and very upset that the reason I had brought the car in to begin with had not been fixed/repaired. I did not feel confident with Pepboys and I wanted the money back for the repairs done. They stated that the only way for me to receive my refund was to allow them to remove the part they installed and put my old parts back on. I said that I did not want them to touch my car again especially removing parts, I informed them that I did not trust there business ethics. My request is that Pepboys refund my credit card transaction so that I can get my car fixed elsewhere.
