I have purchased 2 items in the past 3 months from SVS fir gifts and received exceptional customer service in selecting the right jewelry and having it delivered to my home.

SVS Jewelers is one of the most friendly retail establishments I’ve been in. They truly cater to the customer. I wanted to reset my engagement ring after 31 years and was not really sure how to go about it. Liz, Gina and the rest of the team walked me through the process. All my questions were answered. I changed my mind several times, I changed the amount I wanted to spend several times not of that mattered. They were so very patient and accommodating right up to the end. My end result was a good one and I plan on going back for all my jewelry needs. Thank you especially to Liz. Your a gem!!!!
