I met a new manager named John. He was very helpful. Of course Alec was always very helpful. Also got a great unit and a great price.

i have been using there storage for over 5years i the past i’ve have had some communication issues with the manager alex . there is a lady Nicole, who has always tried to help me instruct issues with I wasn’t able to get it from anybody else. Frustrated with working on online payments.. yesterday encountered a new I guess the assistant manager his name is John Nunley things that I’ve had issues with her communication problems with in the past three months. I’ve been within five years so it hasn’t been always this way. He took care of the issues in one day very happy with the service and the staff and I would highly recommend this storage unit for anybody

We’ve stored each parent’s important items here, and many things of our own that we wanted to keep safe after needing to relocate after a flood.
This location has always been safe, absolutely clean, and meticulously maintained. We receive advance notice any time our unit area is might be unavailable due to needed maintenance and the staff taking care of the entire site are always patient, gracious, and helpful.

I have had a storage unit at the Oceanside location of Security Public Storage since the summer of 2021. It has been a good experience overall, the only thing i would hope for is lighting inside the units, like the ones in the hallway, that go off automatically after a set amount of time. It is clean, safe, great location and the staff is very helpful.

They have just the right size unit for me and the price is competitive. The facility is clean, rodent-free, well-organized and the personnel are always helpful. They have free carts to move things from your vehicle to your storage unit. That's very helpful especially when going up the elevator. All supplies you'll need are in the office.

Have been using storage for our business for over 2 years and have not had an issue with anything. Feel SPS is secure and well maintained. Outside areas are kept clean as well.

I have rented from Security Public Storage for 3 months so far and appreciate the cleanliness & simplicity of my unit location and accessibility. I've spoken with 3 employees at the front office on separate occasions & each were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable of the company and its services. Also, I appreciate how on each occasion the employee politely acknowledged & addressed addition customers as they entered the office. I shopped around prior to selecting this facility & their rates are best without hidden fees. Must mention the beautiful mural in front is awesome! Great rates, great customer service, clean facility, I highly recommend!
