Don't waste your money

The first Friday evening we checked at 3:00 pm, put our bags in the room and returned at 9:00pm to a crowed parking lot and a loud band playing near our room. We complained hourly until 3:00 when we felt it was useless. It quieted about 4:00 we slept until 8:00 and returned to the activity we went to Oceanside for. We returned to check out and leave, even though we had paid thru Sunday. Against our better judgment, the staff agreed to make it right by switching our room near their office which they claimed to be much quieter and cleaner. We first said No, then she insisted that we give them another opportunity, we relented. The room was cleaner (but not by much) and when we returned again about 9:00pm the problems were the same if not worst. The drunk patrons of the club were so loud in the parking lot that they had us concentrating and being concerned about our cars. At 11:00pm, we choose to just leave and packed up. We never laid on the beds and only sat at the table in frustration. We asked for a refund by it was denied, after 7 months this company refused to provide us a refund since they had offered us the second room. I read all the comments made before I reserved the room, but now I believe those positive comments were made by those who have a vested interest in the salvation of this business. Save your nerves and sanity, and have a better nights sleep by paying $20 or more at another facility other than this one.
