I contacted Pacific Business Management and spoke with a Chris there in regards to some credit card debt I had acquired through the years. I had gotten layed off from a 15 year career about a year and a half ago, and like most had to use my credit cards for living purposes eventually when I was unable to secure another position. Then the cards interest seemed to be higher and the amount seemed to be never going down, like all my payments were going to interest only. Chris was very thorough in explaining the process, expectations and was patient with me. Now it's been a little over 2 years and I'm debt free due to their help and expertise. Thank you Pacific Business management and staff for understanding and not allowing me to feel below less than due to my "problem"
