Matel is always professional and polite. She is the best and can do any type of braided style. I always go to her for everything and have been going for many years. Thanks Matel! I don't trust anyone else to do my hair.

DO NOT GO HERE! She is sooooooo rude. I am out of the country and I made this appointment for my daughter. Only two cornrows. She quoted me $40 on the phone but when my daughter arrived she bumped the price up to $75. Over the phone I asked her why was it so high, and she started ranting about how that was her price and how she didn't have to do my daughter's hair. I just asked a simple question. All my daughter needed was two French braids to last her for one week (until I can take her to a real stylist). She told my daughter that I was rude and that she felt sorry for her father. That is very disrespectful. I told my daughter that she should feel sorry for herself, because she can catch these hands. Of course violence isn't the answer, as my daughter so eloquently put. But after all that the braids looked like pure GARBAGE. Not professional at all. It looks like a child did her hair. If you're going to be that rude you can at least do good work. You can't suck at quality and service

Matel is great, I am a loyal customer and she has been doing my hair since I was 17. She's been doing my hair for over 10 years! I like to change my hair frequently and Matel always makes my hair look beyond perfect. I am constantly stopped on the street and asked about my hair and who does it. The work speaks for itself and there are images on my Instagram: kbing If you want to see the many styles I've had over the years. I would recommend her to any and everyone!

Matel is the best!!! she is sooo sweet and always has a beautiful smile on her face. I will always go back to her for my braiding and weaves.
