I am very happy with Extra Space storage, I have used them before and each time I have enjoyed doing business with them. Only one suggestion, more dollys need to be available on the weekends. I walked through the entire storage buildings and not one was available for me to use. There were 3 locked up by the office, but the office was closed and no access was available for me to use them. I am 60 years old and have a bad back so carrying my 10 boxes to my upstairs unit was very difficult for me. I do understand that other tenants have stolen some and others have kept them in their storage unit, so I understand it is difficult to have them available for those of us who are honest. But other than that, I am very satisfied with your service.
