So this gym was unlike any other gym I had ever trained at. With cages, rings, a rock climbing wall, yoga and pilates, as well as the standard crossfit circuit training gizmos I was impressed. That being said they train like professional athletes so it is not for the weekend warrior. If you are expecting a good workout this gym is not for you. If you are expecting the hardest work out ever .. then ill see you there. Also they have really good mma coaches.
