White Dragon is a great martial arts school. It's kung fu and tai chi classes are incredible; not only do they give a great workout but they teach practical self defense as well. Not only do they have group classes 6 days a week for anyone who joins but students are allowed to come in anytime it's open to workout on the bags or do any other kind of training we want. The instructors are very respectful and welcoming and it's a great environment to workout in.

WOW! One of the few words I can use to describe the most original and authentic Kung-Fu training in San Diego. I've dabbled in other martial arts and more importantly, other schools and found that their teaching is awesome. A few classes of kickboxing, and even tai-chi( after a while) got me sweating and out of breath in no time. The teaching atmosphere is totally professional, friendly, and just plain helpful when it came to reaching my goals for my martial arts training. White Dragon Martial Arts has to be the best around, hands down; with awesome hard, fast paced work outs and great instructors as well as a curriculum that rivals any MMA program out there, I haven't seen a better one yet!
