We are absolutely thrilled with our sunroom addition that Alcoa Construction did. The space had to accommodate an area for an artist, a comfortable area for seating many people and a built in bar area. A fairly complex request. It also needed to be energy efficient, have huge windows and doors. We interviewed several different contractors for the addition. We chose Alcoa over all the others. Corey submitted a very professional and detailed proposal for the project. He outlined everything that would be done, when it would be done, and gave pricing for each item. Alcoa used only the finest materials for our project from windows and tile, cabinetry and finishing touches. This was a complex project for us, but not for Corey, he understood our specific wants and wishes and made them happen, in time and within budget. Corey was able to see a potential issue before it became a problem. He offered options and alternatives rather than saying "we have a problem". Corey and his entire crew are professionals. Every detail of the process was communicated to us so that we knew what was being done and when it would be done. We could not be happier with Alcoa and we are already discussing further projects with him. We love our new room and so do our friends. Thank you Alcoa.
