Provided by YP.comLed by Beth, Manager the PF staff are very friendly and know most folks by their first name. Always smiling and encouraging. However, Cathryn (the Personal Trainer) is fantastic! She always encourages the best and pushes me to do better. She has a thorough knowledge of the equipment and we always have a fun time when working out, especially when there is a group of us.
