In addition to adult group fitness classes, FLEX also offers child-watch for ages 6wks-4yrs and KidFLEX programming for children ages 5-12 yrs. On the first Friday of every month, we offer a Parent's Night Out available to KidFLEX members and nonmembers. It is adult-staffed and supervised at a very affordable rate.
