Provided by YPmobileMy mother was treated horrible by one of the management of this store. The manager accused her of being a previous shop lifter. When my mother tried to explain to the manager that she had her mistaken with someone else, the manager proceeded to raise her voice to where everyone in the store was watching. My mother was absolutely mortified and embarrassed! This manager was completely unprofessional and should not be allowed to work in the customer service industry.
