From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I checked out, I was helped by a knowledgable person. I was having a bad day because a contractor screwed up and I was left to fix the problem myself, with no experience at all. With the help I got from ace, I got it done. I've never seen a hardware store like that...

Never let " buzzy" touch any of your Stihl equipment I took a saw in and he quoted me 125 to fix it. Went to pick it up and he tells me 201 and some change. I told him that he told me 125 and all he said is that he told me around 125. Lol how is a seventy six dollar difference even close on a three hundred dollar saw? If he had been honest I may have not even wanted the saw fixed and saved it for parts. Anyway Ace hardware has lost my business forever.
