I have a great technician. He is always on time & is very knowledgeable when I ask him questions. My technician always looks & acts professional.

Our last visit was for quarterly maintenance. Wes, our serviceman, arrived about when expected. We chatted for a few minutes, he asked if there were any problems and, as there were none, he proceeded to do the pest control spraying as usual. As we had a problem with mice in our crawl space, he checks that and the baits and refills as needed. We s is thorough and efficient and knows our property and our needs.

My service tech Brian Neuroth is excellent. He is prompt, helpful and has often gone above and beyond what is expected.

The service technician was there during time that was given, very informative and extremely knowledgeable. He is always friendly and remembers things from past visits on a professional and personal level, which makes me, the customer, know that he really is listening and paying attention to me. He is always insuring me that Terminix will always be there for any issues day or night and that totally puts me at ease!

Our Terminix Service representative, Chris Manifold, is outstanding. He is extremely thorough in completing the work we have requested and always checks with us to make sure we are satisfied and if we are having any other issues. We can also contact Terminix between scheduled service and they will send Chris very quickly.
