I'd give it a Zerp if I could, we sent the family out to jet ski and made a reservation here, they accidentally went to the wrong place, easy to do, and went jet skiing at Wet and Wild and had a great time. Bayview charged me $139.10 because they said I didn't show up. I explained what happened that it was a mistake and they didn't care and chrarged my credit card within minutes and we never used their jet skis!
