I had a very good experience with Harbourside Refrigeration after another company completely blew me off after not returning my calls. Steve answered the phone and first advised me what I could try before arranging to come fix our Air Conditioner. He came the very next day and afterwards explained to us what the problem was and was considerate enough to leave the AC on knowing we were arriving later that evening. Our bill was extremely fair. He did not try to make the job any more than it was. I would not hesitate to call him again. Harbourside Refrigeration gets 5 stars from us.

I had a leak in my bathroom which needed to be fixed. My mistake was calling Harbourside. The workmanship was mediocre. However, thats not the bad part. The plumber falsified the bill in order to over charge me. He was better at stalling and wasting time in order to run up the labor charges. He tried charging me for 2 hours of labor when he actually worked for one hour. He spent 30 mins just to fill out the bill, then he tried passing on that as labor charges to me!!! He also falsified when he arrived and departed. He claimed to arrive at 10am and to depart at 12pm. Therefore, he tried charging me for 2 hours of labor. He actually knocked on my door at 10:20am and he was handing me the bill at 1140am. so how could he possible be working on my bathroom from 10am to 12pm???? When you get charged $105 for the first hour and $80 each additional hour, trust me, you watch the clock because the bill gets expensive fast.
