Had problems and major delays along with numerous excuses on one job but always gave the benefit of the doubt. Silly me, I gave him a second and very simple shower door install. He tried to gouge me and charged for travel when stating he wouldn't. Still gave him the benefit of the doubt and paid the travel time. The door was installed VERY poorly and incorrectly. While they agreed it was a poor install, refused to fix it stating that it would cost them too much to fix the issues. Now I have to scrap the $1200 and have someone come tear the door out and pay to reinstall. This guy simply shouldn't be allowed to communicate with his customers. My stupidity for even giving him the second job. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be nice.
