Got a flier for cheap service and it said it was the normal price. Figured I would try it out. Called to set up service and it was not the same price as the flier that they dropped off at my house and said it was a promotion... Service was fine for the first three months. Then we started to not have our trash picked up. It was being picked up at about 10am so when it was still there at 3pm I called and was told the driver was still out picking up... Some times they came but most of the time they did not the second three months. Tried to save some money and did but it is not worth having trash sitting out in front of my house not being picked up!

Whatever you do, DO NOT hire Young's Garbage!!! I have never dealt with such a rude, unorganized, unprofessional company in my life.----------------------------I called Young's Garbage on June 21st upon recommendation of a neighbor and paid for service beginning on June 26th (every Monday). We put our garbage out SUNDAY afternoon. When they didn't pick up our trash on Monday, I called Tuesday to inquire. The lady was VERY rude and said the driver went by and there was no trash. When I explained that our trash was out since Sunday afternoon, she basically called me a liar when she said she "trusts the word of her drivers". She said it would be picked up that day (Tuesday) and of course it was not. When I called Wednesday I was told I would have to wait until the next week.Monday, July 3rd rolls around and guess who doesn't "roll around" to pick up our garbage? I called at 3pm and a polite man picked the phone. He apologizes and explains that my house was put on the wrong route. He said my garbage would be picked up Monday afternoon and said that I could put any additional garbage out that needed to be collected due to their lack of service the previous week.Well, I'm sure you can guess by now. Our garbage was ONCE again not picked up after 2 scheduled pick ups and 2 promised pick ups from two different employees.Now we can't get anyone to pick up the phone. We assume that both mine and my husband's phone numbers are being screened because it rings once or twice and is sent to voicemail. When we looked into reporting with the BBB, we discovered that they already have an F rating!

Great service and always come on time! They even send out emails when the holiday schedule is different! Great prices!

very irresponsible, inconsistent, unreliable, and absolutely terrible during the holidays. Your trash will sit out there for weeks.

i have used them for 4 years,been great, untill the last few weeks, not sure whats going on,don't want to lose there service,because they have been good takes care of my garbage cans,and don't leave a mess behind like some does.mine is still sitting out by road since monday night,if you read any of these comment please let us know whats up.. 216Very reliable service. Have been using Young's Garbage Service for at least 2 years now and I have never had a problem. The Company is proactive; they always email the scheduling for holiday weeks so you know in advance and do not have to call them for the information.Cannot say the same for my prior service provider.

They are terrible! They are inconsistent and sometimes even come at 3 AM interrupting the peacefulness of the neighborhood and waking people up! Those garbage trucks are loud, you know. Also they have broken my $30 trash can (From the window, I saw them accidentally hit it on the truck and break a HUGE piece off the side of it. I can no longer use the trash can at all) and they haven't done a thing about it! They are difficult to get ahold of and sometimes only send a late bill and no regular bill. Needless to say, we are going to pay the extra money every 3 months to get someone that will stand behind their service.

No consistency in service. Trash gets missed every few weeks at least and when you call to complain, the driver leaves notes that he had come by and you had no garbage...even when garbage has been siting at the curb the ENTIRE week because they missed it the previous week. Promises to pick up garbage the following day are an all out lie and not followed through on and The owner basically "does not want to say his driver is being deceitful" and makes you wait until next week's service before the issue is addressed at that point.

I would never recommend this service to anyone. They do not provide you with the service you pay. They missed at least 2 weeks in the same mouth. They did not send out emails that they would not be coming to pick up my garbage. No one is ever there to answer my call when I call. Do not pay these people for service they will rob you of all your hard earned money.

Second week in a row with no pick up. Tried to call but no one picks up and their answering machine says it's too full to accept any messages. Sometimes they come at 10:30 pm, the night before a scheduled pick up. This interrupts an otherwise quiet time of night, as every dog in the vicinity goes nuts when the truck comes through.

Young's has provided excellent service during the several years I've used their services. Always on time pick-up and leave the area clean.
