TCB Duct Cleaning

The technician/owner came out and discussed what was needed and covered the cleaning process, customer service was excellent,very professional and knowledgeable.They were extremely detailed in cleaning, above and beyond what i expected. Every vent was removed cleaned, sterilized and replaced. Fan motor was removed and cleaned with a toothbrush (not hosed off with a water hose),Coils were cleaned,sterilized.Ducts were cleaned from each room towards the air handler which had a large multi-stage filtered vacuum.Before the cleaning the return air vent had dirty stuff in it that i was unable to clean even with a scrub brush, after it was almost spotless..The technician/owner spent 3 hours cleaning the duct system, when finished he vacuumed the floor in each room to make sure he cleaned up after himself. He showed me inside the multi-stage vacuum and the gunk that was inside was amazing,dirt and hair and what ever else was the size of beach ball, the 2nd stage filter had enough stuff in it to fill a gallon jug.. I knew the duct's were dirty and i knew i was unable to do it myself. I spent a lot of time looking online comparing,calling companies to find someone that i felt comfortable with... I am happy to say TCB Duct leaning is the correct call...

WOW! I HAD MY VENTS CLEANED AND SANITIZED LAST MONTH AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT HAS MADE ON MY BREATHING. I SUFFER GREATLY WITH ASTHMA AND HAVE POLLEN ALLERGIES. I NEVER REALLY THOUGHT THAT THE DUCT WORK WOULD IMPOSE SUCH A PROBLEM WITH DUST AND DIRT. MR. DIXON WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING SCAMMED! I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND TCB DUCT CLEANING TO ALL.
