Replaced a leaking water heater. They were able to help us sooner than anyone else, and they were priced better than anyone else. They called when they said they would on the morning of the service to give us the time window for the service, they arrived within the promised time window, they were professional, friendly and fast. They cleaned up the area perfectly upon completion. Would recommend heartily and use call them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Strait Plumbing!

The gentleman was nice, efficiant and fixed problem in under estimated time. Was happy with job, would use Strait again, estimate in price was higher then told. He brought a helper so charged extra, for a helper. The $70. initial charge went up to $105 due to that fact. Here 30 min. Judith Cameron, NE Ocala Fl.

The Job was done quick with no problems. The charges exceeded the estimate, and the older person, had an attitude and was rude to my tenants. Otherwise an apparent ok job.

Have used Strait plumbing since 1996. Honest, reliable, fair pricing and great service!
