This place is horrible, I bought a 1997 eclipse from them within the first month I owned it the clutch went out and then within a week the ignition system started failing, finally the valves in the cylinder head ended up going out and I had to replace them. I was fortunate to be a mechanic and able to fix it. However smileys refused to acknowledge that they sold me a piece of junk, I ended up selling the car within two months of ownership because it was consistently breaking.

Please listen to the other review below. He is 100% correct. I also would NEVER tell anyone to buy from them. I bought a van from them and not even a month later the transmission went out on it. I took it to a dealer to have it checked out and they said there was noway that it when from good to bad in one month. I took the report from the dealership to Smiley's to show them, and see if they would help. They told me that it was my fault that the transmission went out and there was noway it was sold to me that way. However they helped to get it fixed, by adding the amount to get it fix to the end of my payments. Not even a month later I went to make my payment and when I showed up, it looked as if the place had be closed down. They had for sale signs out in front of the property. Then not even a week later they come to repo my van and tell me that I had 10 days to pay off the entire amount owed plus a $500 dollar repo fee or I wouldn't be able to get it back. Even after I told them I tried to make my payment and they were closed down and they knew I had noway to get in contact with them. They did not care one bit. NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM!!!!! You will only be buying a vehicle that's going to break down shortly after buying it, and getting crappy service when it happens.

Days after I bought my car things started to break, they felt no remorse! They didn't include even a jack invade I got a flat, then when I asked them they said they would get me one... never did. I was not even 3 weeks late, I called to make a payment arrangement because I was getting my taxes in a few days, I would pay the car off! They said it was ok... two days later they came to my sons birthday party and repoed my car leaving me and my children stranded! After all the extra charges it was going to cost me almost double what I owed to get it back!!!!!!
