Sarah waited on me yesterday she was pleasant then she knew nothing. I told her I rather explain to a mechanic and she got all snob and stuck her nose up in air. I'm talking like literally stuck her nose up in the air and like she was looking down at me like she was much taller than me when she short and skinny but anyway she grew an attitude and try to spit out some information and tried to be like really overly educated in the mechanical field and all I seen was her downfall so I left and I went down the road found me another place that take care of my problem if you're going to hire a female she should be totally certified until I know what's going on underneath the hood but that's my opinion but good luck to her in her career but I don't see it happening she's really a failure

Norm and the people at pep boys on 49th in Ocala were great to deal with and easy to understand. I wanted a certain set of tires for my 2006 ram 1500 and they had them in stock and told me to come right in. I had a 3 year old little boy with me(my son) he was all over the show room, but Norm and the pep boys crew were very nice and didn't seem to mind. Thanks guys so much, my truck drives nice and smooth and the price was great.
