Said needed rotars & brakes I said I wanted my dad to look at them before I did anything drastic and the guy made me feel terrible & made me cry, he said well you have a car seat in the back you want to keep your baby safe so it needs to be fixed & you shouldn't drive this like it is with him so I tried to call my dad my dad did not answer & I caved and told them to do it they had my truck 2 days the next day then call & say I needed my calipers fixed to which I replied no I don't, and they again made me feel bad but I did not cave this time. My dad went with me to get my truck to which they again mentioned my calipers which I already denied wanting service to, the guy told my dad he'd rather have my dad drive it home then me without fixing the calipers, I said nope I'm driving it home.I drove it home & my truck shook.I get home have my dad look at it my rotar was smoking my dad took it to his mechanic and he told my dad they didn't adjust the brakes properly he had to redo everything.

I had some vibration and wobble due to cuppingf but fairly good tread. Mike Parker toold me i could wait and use up the tread or get rid of the problem. Igot the new tires, and , got my ride back feels just like new! My wifes car had a dealer tire replaced and it was noisy and vibrating and they fixed it also.

I have a Jacked Up F-250 that is mainly used for show but is an everyday driver. I have 41 inch swampers that started cupping causing a slight vibration. Took my truck to Parker Tire Oct 19th to have counteract balancing beads put in my tires and new valve stems. Went back Oct 20th they replaced the valve stems with filtered valve cores because they were leaking. After leaving there the truck was vibrating worse than when I took it to them. Called the Counteract Company and was told to return it to Parker and have them take the beads out and spin balance the tires so they would know exactly how much product to use. Which they should have DONE in the first place? Returned to Parker Tire for a 3rd time and was told they did what we ask and would not do anymore. We asked and PAID them to repair the problem NOT make it worse. So much for customer satisfaction. If your NOT QUALIFIED to install the product correctly then don't sell the product. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED

Exellent service, and very friendly. Prices were good for the work provided. I would recommend them to anyone.
