Contacted them about flowers for a family members funeral. They were kind ,helpful and made beautiful one of a kind arrangements for us. One hour before the service one of the designers came to the funeral home to change one of the arrangements because I made a mistake while ordering.. They created beautiful mementos that we gave to grandma's children and grandchildren . The staff was wonderful

my brother died and i sent the tea cup premium to my sister-in-law's home a week after his death...i knew she needed cheering...i asked her to be honest about the quality of the tea cup and the flowers...she was thrilled...said the porcelain cup and saucer are just beautiful and the flowers are beyond description...she said when she walks into the house there is the beautiful aroma of flowers...she said when the flowers fade she is going to get a tea cup holder for the porcelain and place it next to a pic of my brother as he and i were inseparable and this way we will still be together...thank you for making this so memorable for me and my sister-in-law...bless you

I live in NC. I called Heritage and told them what I wanted for a funeral. They did not have them in the shop, but were able to find exactly what I wanted for delivery the next day. They even sent me a picture of the plant with the pink and lavender roses. They were beautiful. Thank you so much. V. Denning

They were amazing from the start. We went to other florists and they couldn't talk to us cause they had other things to do. Heritage took the time to sit down with us and talk to us about what we wanted. They have plenty of knowledgeable employees, all of which helped us with our decision. We gave them a budget and she worked with us, telling us what would be the best flowers to give us the best bang for our buck. Come to the wedding day, the flowers were gorgeous, I ended up taking my bouquet on the honeymoon with us and it lasted the whole time, and for another week on top of that. They were good on a short notice and have won my approval forever. Good Job Heritage! Our Wedding was on January 8th, 2011... We had the non-traditional bright colors. Thank you for being there! We love you!
