Outstanding Service

Just want to say thank you and say that I m truly grateful to the entire staff at Fishers Auto Care. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere with me with only my son and I in the car. It was late in the evening and I was truly nervous about being out on the highway alone. After making only one phone call to their company and explaining my situation on my car breaking down and my whereabouts, they immediately sent out their tow truck driver to pick us up who arrived in a timely fashion. He dropped us off at our home and took my car to their shop. They had my car fixed the very next afternoon and even came to my home to pick me up and bring me back to their shop since I did not have a way of getting there. Not only did I feel like I was treated respectfully but I felt like I wasn't just another person to them, I actually mattered. Now that s what I call GREAT customer service!!!

I always go to Fishers

As always Fishers Auto care does great service. I always go there for everything. I have my routine oil services done there and they never disappoint. I recommend them highly. I am ALWAYS treated well and kindly by the people working there. Lastly, they don't take advantage of me becasue I'm a female. I cannot tell you how many other shops have in the past. Thanks again for your great service.

Exteremly Disppointed by Poor Service

After many years of Fishers servicing our car, something major has happened with this shop. I am not sure exactly what has taken place but the customer satisfaction levels have definitely decreased. After dropping my car off for a service light, I was notified that I need $800 worth of work. I agreed. Once picking up the car, I was immediately informed that they had a hard time clearing the codes and went they had to go a blog to get an understanding of why it would not clear. The question becomes, if you had to go to a blog, how much do you know about my style vehicle? The service engine light was still on as I drove off but called back the next day to inform them and they wanted to charge me another $90 diagnostics fee to look at why the light was still on. When you drop off a car to a “well respected” repair shop, assume they know what they are doing, and then get the car back in the same condition after spending $800, something is wrong. From the time that I picked the car off and brought it back, numerous electrical issues began to occur, temperature gauge began reading at -44%. After taking the car back over a holiday weekend, there was complete attitude from the manager/owner of the company. They kept it for an entire day trying to understand why such issues were occurring, we then get the call that we will need to spend another $257 to get the temperature gauge working properly. I asked for a breakdown of the cost, the sensor was $80. While on the phone I went to Google the part and I could get it for $15 and retail on the part was $48. I questioned this and he instructed me that I could just do it myself then. I went to pick the car up and instructed them that they were not going to repairing my car for an additional $257. As I was getting into the car I noticed some grease on the handle and asked if he had a rag that I could wipe it off. The manager came back with someone else that look at it in disgust and stated that was wear and tear and walked off. The manager in a negative tone stated that he would clean it anyway and at this point I did not want anyone else in this shop to touch my car. He began to back up and I began to get into the car and we brushed shoulders, he turned and stated to me "Don’t ever touch me". I instructed him to get out of my car, asked him what happened to this shop and the level of service that we used to get, and he stated, I gave you good service. I work in a service related industry and this is not good service. This will be the last time that they ever see my car and I recommend that you think twice before having your car worked on or serviced at this shop. “Buyer Beware”. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. You will not shame me again.

Everything You Have Been Looking For

Fisher's Auto Service is everything you have ever wanted. The staff has the expertise needed to tackle any repair. They are friendly and caring. I got a ride home and a ride back to my car when it was ready. They do the job right with the best parts available and they guarantee their work. The absolute best car repair place I have ever dealt with.

wouldn't trust them one bit

I was in a pretty bad accident on I-75 about a month ago. FHP called Fisher's Towing to take my car to their lot. My fiance and mother called Fisher's immediately and were told they could not pick up my car on the same day. In fact, whether Fisher's holds your car for 10 minutes or 10 days, they HAVE to charge you for at least 3 days.The employees were incredibly rude on the phone when we were trying to get information about where/when to pick up my car.The prices were outrageous. ($45 for a "tarp fee" and you don't even get to keep the tarp they haphazardly throw over your car) When I mentioned that I thought the prices were high and I actually had to borrow money to get my car back, the man shrugged and said "Do you want your car or not?"I also have no doubt in my mind that they took my GPS out of my car. The charger and mount were still in the car, but the GPS is nowhere to be found?I don't know anything about the service shop, but I would never use their towing again.

Out Standing and Professional

I broke down on I-75 in the middle of the night and contacted Fisher's to come tow my car. The driver that showed up did everything he could to make me feel comfortable and assured that myself and my car were in good hands. The driver asked where I would like the car towed, however, since I was on my way home to Miami I was not familiar with any repair shops. He told me that Fishers had a repair shop and that they could take a look at my car and fix it in the morning. The driver dropped my off at a hotel, waited to make sure that a room was available and was on his way. The next morning Tom Fisher called to give me a estimate on repairs and said that my car would be fixed by 10:30 a.m. He even sent a driver to the hotel to pick me up and take me to pick up my car. The people at Fisher's were extremely nice and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and caring professionals.
