Don't buy extended warranty because you will get the run around if you try to use it. The sales people will tell you anything to close the sale. Otherwise a good product selection.

I love electronics and go to this Best Buy often. Its clean and you can find just about anything you're looking for. The only complaint is that it can be hard to find someone to help you at times but then again that's true for most places.

Recently we had an experience I was not too happy with. We paid for a microwave, however, white was not in stock, so the salesman said it would come in by Saturday. This was on a Wednesday. I called to see if it came in and realized my order form said Sunday. Sunday we called and no microwave. My husband talked to a manager, Nick who said it should be on Wed's truck (night before Thanksgiving). We called and no microwave. We go to the store and find out from another manager, Nick said we would find it else where and he didn't order it. Now the night before Thanksgiving and I need this microwave. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. The manager on call did appease my husband, so now we're waiting to see if it comes in on the 25th. Remember, I paid for this thing already?
