The injections side are very polite however I had to stop my injections due to a side effect. I had an outstanding bill and asked more than 4 times to be sent to my home so I could write a check ( because I live outside of Marion county). over the period of four months I still have not received a bill. then I find they sent to a collections agency. Then I got a bill from the collections agency. I called to talk to someone AGAIN. and the billing department lady was so nasty I couldn't believe it. needless to say I do not recommend them at all. the billing department was very unprofessional, and rude.

They are the best, most polite, and efficient office I've ever been to! The staff is amazing! The Dr's are even better!
