On a day when it was like 90 out our AC decided to call it quits.Well we called american air and electric they came right out and assessed the situation. We knew our system was going so it wasnt a surprise. Well one of the fellas went home brought us out a room AC unit to use that night in our Bedroom. Wow, we slept great that night. Then the very next day they came out and installed a new unit and its working great! For the first time in months when our AC unit kicks on 1. its pretty quiet, and 2. its really cold. we have our tstat set at 78 and its cold in our home. We would highly recommend them, they are awesome! Thank you fellas!

Called all American air Dave came out within the hour diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem with a capacitor and a 1 year contract ,no complaints here highly recommended ,very reasonably priced thank you

I am surprised by the negative reviews. We had a new air/heat pump installed in 2010. They came as an emergency call and it was obvious to me the air handler needed to be replaced. All American installed a wonderful new unit the very same day and it has been running great since then. We have used the company each year for routine maintenance without any problems. Each technician has been professional and courteous and has arrived on time for each appointment. Today out unit was not working at all. When the technician (Joe) came out to check it out it seemed breaker was tripped and not returned all the way back when we checked. He checked out the unit thoroughly and found nothing else wrong. Joe was very fair and did not charge us a dime for his time and trouble, even though today is Thanks Giving! Well, one more thing to be thankful for! Thank you again Joe and All American Air & Electric!

I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY CALL ME AND CLAIM TO BE ALL AMERICAN AIR & ELECTRIC WHEN THEY CALLED. AFTER THEY CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED $9,000.00 WORTH OF DUCT WORK REPAIRS, I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE NOT ALL AMERICAN AIR. I CALLED ALL AMERICAN AIR & THEY SENT OUT DAN OUT AND HE FOUND THAT I DIDNT NEED ANY REPAIRS AT ALL. BE CAREFUL THAT THE COMPANY YOU ARE DEALING WITH IS ACTUALLY ALL AMERICAN AIR & ELECTRIC. ANOTHER COMPANY CLAIMED TO BE THEM TO ME THEY COULD BE DOING IT TO YOU ALSO.

I live in On Top of the World. This company tried to rip me off by telling me my air conditioner was about to die and filled with mold. They wanted $5,000 to replace everything. I called in a different company to get a second opinion. I was told my mold was surface dust and they wiped it off for me. The second company told me the AC looked in great shape. 2 years later and it is still running great. Everyone in On Top of the World that has used them has been scammed. The government should investigate them for crimes against the elderly. If you are elderly and use them, you will get scammed.Save yourself and choose a different company

After 3 companies came to my house and condemned my 4 year old compressor I was dumbfounded when I was told on 3 separate occasions that replacement of my ac was the only option due to obsolete parts for my existing system. With pricing ranging from $6,000.00 all the way to 11,000.00 I was really worried. I gave All American Air & Electric an opportunity to come give me an estimate on a new system . The tech arrived on time as promised and actually didn't want to give me an estimate until he knew for sure my compressor was bad. He asked if I minded if he took a look at it and I said go right ahead. Within 10 minutes my a/c was up and running. The capacitor was bad and he found a leak in my system at the valve where his gauges connected to which he said If the unit gets to low on refrigerant the compressor will not come on anyway. He replaced the valve and capacitor and filled the freon. I was chargeda total of $235.00 and my system has been running fine ever since. I hate to see the bad reviews here because my experience was a huge relief with all american. Most of the time when people are unhappy they want to tell the world about it and when we are satisfied we never even care to research it. In my opinion this company saved me a ton of money and a lot of heartache. I would definatley recommend this company to my friends and family.

mini split system stopped working tech from all american said it was the control board that went bad . Company came back with an estimate for 1600 dollars. Did some research and and found a brand new system for cheaper then they wanted to charge for a part that cost less than 150 dollars.Two estimates from other companies were less than 500 dollars. I hav heard many complaints since then about all American air. Please do your research before considering this rip off company!!!

Rip offs, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They charged me $183.60 for a run cap and it quit working within 7 months. Called an authorized dealer, he showed me the part they put in, from China with the box still attached to the part!! Authorized dealer stated inferior part and replaced it with a part made in the USA. I am now fighting with All American Air & Elec for a refund on the part. Guess what? They have no guarentee on their parts!!

Ripped off my 90 year old mom with duct work and a filter system for $2695, when she thought it was part of her maintenance contract on her new air conditioner. These guys are preying on senior widows. Don't let them near you!

They came to our house for a tune up and replaced a two capacitors and told us our compressor was old and should be looked at or replaced. within one month the compressor completely failed, They said we will repalce the whole system for $ 6000.00I called another company out and they said they put in the wrong parts and fried your compressor that is how they knew it would fail. When I called them to make it right they did not return my calls for 2 weeks and then accused me of putting the the wrong parts. Big time scam artist

These people are dishonest. Our bill had rebates (both tax and manufacture) that were NOT valid and when we complained they said too bad. We have it all in writing and are taking them to the small claims court.

All American can out and gave my Ex wife a quote of $5865.00 with duck work, without duck work $5465.00 Dan the sales rep verbally told her this; but said he would need to run the credit card for $5865.00 that was their policy so she agreed. They rush to get the unit installed and when the job was completed it was a mess. The new slab for the outside unit was sitting crooked half on my old slap and half in the dirt, a new platform for the air handler was not installed, they used the old copper tubing and filter/dryer which was to be new, where the duck work connected to the air handler duck tape was used and sealer smeared all over it. Instead of the proper HVAC tape. The office staff is very rude to deal with they are in such a hurry once they have your money it is on to the next $$$$. After 20-30 phone calls and emails with pictures to Bruce (that you can never get a hold of) they agreed to return and take out the new unit and redo the whole job over.
