Called because of previous reviews & my normal go-to company was back logged until after the holiday - was referred to Joe as in the previous review - he will be here by 3pm.today!

Called 'ABC Septic Tank Service,Ocala', was referred to Joe @ "Pump Truck Services", who came out next day, after "Mike Scott Plumbing Inc", 4 Days Previously, told me Septic Tank "Did Not Need to be Pumped Out, I'm good for a Long time". Plumber LIED Directly to my Face!!! Joe found Main Screw Plug, next to house, "Left OPEN, & Plug Tossed aside in the Soil pile"



Joe checked Lead pipe near House, was NOT BLOCKED,uncovered Septic Tank & Saw, "my Septic Tank Very Definitely Needed to be Pumped Out, Feces was laying on Top Surface of Sludge".



Pumped out Tank, checked walls, sprayed them to Remove ALL the Gunk Out my Septic Tank. Additionally, covered tank with a Sealant Powder to seal it from Rain entering Tank, and Screwed Plug near House back in, covered the hole Properly.



Joe, and the "Pump Truck Services" did a FANTASTIC, EFFICIENT, COMPLETE Job and will remain My Septic Tank Specialist for My Home here in Dunnellon, Florida.

I called ABC Septic Tank Service for the first time today; and within 2 hours they were here to pump my septic. The owner Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable and even gave my husband and I some good pointers, as well as he answered all our questions. This is really good service at a reasonable rate....I would recommend this company if you are thinking about or needing your septc pumped.
