Our granddaughter bought $12 butterfly candle holder, at register owner's son handed her a receipt for $577.21 to sign - she refused to sign as was wrong amount. Told him to refund. Gave her second receipt saying was evidence of her refund. She left. They charged her bank account $577.21! She asked them to correct, they are refusing. We have been fighting them since July 24th. We have asked them to call, they have not. Police have reviewed all documents and believe our story as WE HAVE THE UNSIGNED RECEIPT PROVING SHE REFUSED TO SIGN IT. Her son wrote something illegible on the unsigned receipt and wrote same thing on the other receipt (belonging to a June sale to another customer -signed by that customer) that he gave her as 'evidence that he issued refund'. They are now saying granddaughter bought 'multiple items'. Come on, its a chotsky shop - she would have had to purchase over 30 items to come up to that amount! It is obvious her son totally screwed up the sale and maybe is afraid to admit that to mom. A quick glance around their shop would have proven to the owner that she didn't have $577 in merchandise missing - its a small store it would have been very obvious. Her son remembers her and the sale as evidenced by the way he acted when I walked into the store with my granddaughter. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Karma will catch them some day, but until then I will pursue this until my granddaughter recovers her full refund.

Very impressive items on display.. A large varity ofdifferent one of a kind pieces... Stain glass, mosaics,and framed art work .... Owner is very helpful andtalented.. Does many types of art ,, very talentedand will do custom items with attention to detail..
