Being an avid fan of how delicious Zaxbys was for years, I visited this location during my work break and got my order to go. Not fifteen minutes later I called them back because there was a bone in my grilled chicken sandwich and it chipped my teeth, when I called back they said stop back by . So I did, I was promised a refund of my meal and told to visit the dentist. The next day I received a call from the store manager saying I needed to take it up with their supplier and they couldn't help me, I stopped by later and spoke to the current manager on duty and he said that he would NOT refund my money for the meal (even though there was a bone in it) nor would they cover the cost of fixing the chipped teeth because "You can't prove anything", at which point he turned and walked in the back. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired, be careful if you do decide to risk eating here- the food doesn't taste good enough for all the things I'm now having to go through.
