We wanted our daughter to have positive experiences with her dental care. So I began tagging her along during my dental visits. The dental staff always made a fuss over her, setting the positive stage for her future visits to the dentist. It wasn't long before she had her own dental kit at home. Dr. Sheinkin gave our daughter her first dental examination when her first teeth emerged, and he has been doing so for the past 20 years. Dr. Sheinkin had took care of our daughter really well, as a result, she had only very minor dental problems. Our daughter did not have a hard time trusting Dr. Sheinkin, as he possesses mild manners, gentle touch and a subtle sense of humor.

Personal care and attention, that is what my spouse, child and I have received at Collingswood Dental for the past twenty-seven years. Just like most people, I also have had some unfavorable ordeals in the dental clinic when I was a child. I even thought that I would carry that fear I had for dentists all my life. But unbelievably, it has gone away. I did this with the help of Dr. Roger Sheinkin. He helped rebuild my trust on dentists and let go of my long-standing fear for dentists and dental clinics. The man knows his craft and delivers his expertise with competent hands and life-long experience. When he asks, how does that feel, he doesn't accept, it's okay. He will adjust and readjust until you say, it's perfect!

Collingswood Dental has been my dental care provider for over 10 years now. During this time, I have had numerous visits and procedures, covering anything from routine cleaning to extensive gum operations. Never did I felt that I was not cared for properly or mishandled in any way. I was always welcomed warmly in the clinic, even during unscheduled or emergency visits. And each procedure I had gone through was very helpful and pain-free.

You have always made it easy for me to arrange a dental appointment that would match my hectic schedule. I am so thankful for the warmth that you show me whenever I come to your office--announced or unannounced. All your staff show efficiency, sincerity and professionalism in everything that they do. I have been a regular and loyal patient of Dr. Sheinkin for more than thirty years now. Although most people hate going to the dentist, I can say that Collingswood Dental makes the routine pleasurable! From the warm greetings I get whenever I walk through their door to the assurance that I get the best service and best value for my money. Dr. Sheinkin had done a lot of procedures on me over the years, and so far, not any of them caused me problems or complications. Another thing I like is the fact that you can always expect a prompt return call whenever you leave a message with the answering machine during off hours. Occasionally, I would need to get in contact with the billing department with insurance concerns; every time I have spoken with that wonderful individual upstairs, I would be reassured that all would be taken cared of and not to worry. To my amazement, I would receive a call the following day from that same person, and she would tell me that my issue has been settled. Hassle-free and no drama. This does not happen in other clinics.

The office staff has always been warm and friendly and nice in accommodating me with all of my scheduling, rescheduling and emergency appointments. When I call in, Wendy recognizes my voice even when I've yet uttered a few words. Again, that personal attention.

I am diligent about my hygienist visits every 6 months. Thus, we have built up this close bond. We share about our families and how our lives are progressing. I feel comfortable chit chatting because it's just me and my hygienist in the room and not a room full of other patients and hygienists, like corralled cattle. So before I even realize that I was in for a procedure, Jane has worked her magic on me. This is personal care and attention.

The Collingswood Dental staff has remained the same for as long as I've been their patient. We know that when employees are happy, they stay in their job. This goes to show how great and positive an environment Collingswood Dental is. This is the very reason why a lot of people keep coming back to Collingswood Dental.

Iﾒve been a patient at Collingswood Dental since my adolescent years and have had every procedure imaginable, wisdom tooth extractions, gum surgery, scaling and caps. And never had any complications, or pain. In every procedure I had, what they told me they would do, what it would result to and how much I would pay is just what I would get after the procedure is done (no additional fees!). And because I have such great dental care through the years, now I only have to visit the dentist for cleaning and routine checkups. It never crossed my mind to find another dentist.

I've been a Collingswood Dental patient for almost 40 years, and my wife and kids (now grown) are long-time patients also. I'm a big fan of Dr. Sheinkin and Dr. Feldberg and their entire workforce--from hygienists, dental assistants to support staff. Everyone in the center is welcoming, accommodating, skilled and always caring for the comfort and well-being of their clients. In addition, they stay updated of the newest technologies and methods, and apply these in their treatments. Finding the perfect doctor or dentist has a lot to do with building a relationship with them based around trust in their competence, and their willingness to relate to and address your individual needs. I entrust myself and my family's comfort, safety and wellness 100% with the professionals at Collingswood Dental. For me personally, no other dental center out there can give the same level of care that the professionals at Collingswood Dental give to their clients.

I absolutely recommend Collingswood Dental! Dr Sheinkin and/or the hygienist always take me on time and I am treated in a professional and kind way. The entire staff is friendly, curteous, respectful and caring. Recently I began accompanying my mom to her appts with Dr Sheinkin and am so comforted by the gentle and supportive way she is treated. Both Dr Roger Sheinkin and Dr Lowell Sheinkin confer carefully and thoughtfully about my mother's optiions and what would be best for her, causing the least amount of inconvenience or discomfort. From the front desk to the dentist's chair, my family members and I are delighted with Collingswood Dental and can't imagine going anywhere else! These guys are mensches!
