Today 10-03-08, CPS came to check my heating & air conditioning unit for routine courtesy maintenece contract which I had with the company. Aside from his service today, I made a complain to him about bad smell which I have been living with that smell and didn't know what caused it. He did not hesitate to help me investigate the problem which no one would have done that if it is not their job. He spent time went under my house, checked all the ventilation panels to help find where the bad odor and the leak came from without complain.

He found the problem which I didn't aware of that the main evap. coil was damaged causing the leak and when into the insulation underneath my house causing the rotten material for years ever since I bought this house 10 years ago and with his honest and professional opinion he also gave a fair price quote on repair and discount. thanks!

He spent nearly 4 hours -HE DID NOT CHARGE me any pennies. I absolutely wants to thank you Chad; the owner of the company himself that he run an honest, friendly, courtesy business that I am going to recommend his services and refer his business to everyone I know. Sincerely and Thank you.

CPS Heating and Air provides exactly what they say "exceeding your expectations". CPS responded promptly to my request. And for the first time after receiving service from and A&C man, I did not feel like I had been ripped off. I was not over charged, nor did the repair man attempt to run up a bill with unnecessary repairs.

Owner came out an worked on our air unit after changing a part and adding freon he said it was working fine, the next day I had to call again he came back out and said it was something else, and recommended that I replace the whole thing.

I didn't do the repair or replacement but called someone else who said the indoor unit was dirty and the outdoor unit was overcharged. They then fixed my problem and the unit cools fine.
