Went to State Auto Body after a friend recommended them. My car is only 8 months old and I hit a deer on a recent trip up north. Herman greeted me and quickly estimated the cost of repair. I brought the car back a few days later and was extremely pleased with the repair. Perfectly put back together and flawless paint job. Will sure recommend them in the future.

I recently damaged my back bumper and got a few quotes. I remembered this auto body shop a friend had used a few years ago and was very pleased with the work. I drove over to the shop to get a quote and was immediately greater by Herman. He is very pleasant, no pressure, professional. He gave me a fair quote and had the car ready a day earlier then he promised. He did a great job on the car and EVEN offered me a ride home when I dropped the car off and said I was walking home. .Would definitely recommend and go back to Herman!

A few months ago I was looking for a body shop to paint the hood & roof of my SUV.... The quotes I got for painting only the hood & roof ranged from $800 - $3,000!!! It became clear to me that a woman shopping for a good job at a good price in the auto world all by herself, was/is considered "fair prey"!! I felt so disheartened!!! Then my neighbor told me about Herman. She claimed that he was fair, honest & that his work was excellent... Although I was skeptical, I decided to go see him anyhow. And, I'm so glad I did!!! The 1st thing I noticed was the large "ASE Certified" sign outside the shop. Then I noticed that the garage itself was clean. Herman immediately came out to greet me. I told him what I was looking for. Then he took a look at the roof & hood of my car & without hesitation, he quoted me a fair price (regardless of my gender)!!! Just like that!!! Quick & straight to the point!! He also told me exactly when to drop off my car in & he even told me what day & time it would be ready!!! Everything about Herman inspired confidence!! Needless to say, I accepted his quote on the spot. Herman was true to his word in every way!!! The paint job was amazing & my car was ready at the exact time he'd promised!!! There is one other point I should mention. As it turns out, painting the roof of my SUV turned out to be more labor intensive than Herman had anticipated. But Herman never deviated from the price he quoted me. He gave me his word & his word turned out to be as good as gold!!! I got a great paint job, at a fair price & amazing service!!! What more can anyone ask?? Herman Cunha’s State Auto Body is, in my humble opinion, the best auto body shop in S. FL!!!

I recommend this shop to everyone who wants great work, fast and professional. My insurance company suggested other shops that had bad reviews, so I did a search and read all the good things said about Mr. Herman. My car looked brand new after they repaired and painted. They went above and beyond working with me and my insurance. They deserve 5 stars.

I have previously used State Auto Body for six years after being referred by a friend. Recently I took my 1971 Corvette in for paint work. Herman quoted a very fair price for an excellent job. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The car was subsequently invited to the Boca Raton Concours d'elegance.
Herman has attended to several of my daily drivers over the past six years and has always delivered an excellent repair at a fair price.
I would rate State Auto Body at 6 stars.

State Auto Body is, by far, the best body shop I have ever used in my 45 years of owning cars. These guys are honest, talented and always try to find the most economical way to get the job done. They take great pride in what they do and they do it well. And they go beyond exterior body work. They have changed the inner roof liner in my car as well as headlights. I can't rate them high enough with just five stars!
