Love Golden Passport Photos The Family That owns This Business is wonderful. Rosalee the owner is very kind. Kathleen the manager is very sweet and helpful. and Kathleen and Earl know everything about immigration.

I needed information to get my jamaican passport renewed. My photos were taken and turned out very nice(Jamaica has very strict guidelines). The staff also informed they do immigration paperwork from greencards to citizenship. Which I will need done in the future. All in all a good experience, I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

What to expect: rude elderly woman (owner), complaints that all countries do not follow U.S. standards for their passport photo requirements, to be treated with complete disrespect, inability to cope with toddlers and infants for a passport photo. What not to expect: courtesy, reliable service or passport photos that follow guidelines for countries other than U.S. We've been stuck using this place for passport photos from newborns through adults. Best advice is to stay away.
