We lived there for exactly one year. Nice building and unit and that’s why we give it one star, zero isn’t an option.



The noise issue is insane, don’t think I slept for a year.



Lynel (one of the managers) is nice enough, but powerless because of Joe, the main Manager.



Joe Gallardo is a pompous hatful bigot who picks and chooses who he likes. He is a liar and a thief (yes, he took items from our unit) - oh, and if you try to talk to him he never looks at you, because he could care less!



And as Jamie E said in her review, we had the exact same thing happen. They repainted the entire apartment (even though it was just done) and we left it spotless, had I known Joe Gallardo was going to keep 50% of the deposit, I wouldn't have cleaned at all.



Madison Park (owning company of 901 Jefferson) has a couple good people working for them - But Joe Gallardo ruins the whole experience and makes 901 Jefferson a horrible place to live.
