Came in and we were helped right away. Helped us with what we needed and told us the possible outcomes of what might happen so we were able to plan ahead. They got us in the next day and were very personable and gave great service.

Was able to fix window the same day I called. By far the cheapest price in town! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Best service I have ever had. I had car broken in to and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the same day and had my glass done in an hour so I could get to the A's game with my girlfriend. These people went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Will be using them in the future.

Such a great experience. It is a crummy situation having your car broken into and they make getting the glass replaced and the clean up so easy. The mobile service is amazing. Victor came out, was so pleasant, knew what he was doing, and was so fast. Did a thorough job vacuuming the glass out of the car. I was really impressed and would recommend them and use them again. Cheaper than expected as well.

I called to see if they had my glass in stock. 40mins. They said yes & told me to come in. 30mins later my I was out the door.

Smashed car window last night. Hopped online and got a quote from Auto Glass Now for the morning. They took care of it in 1 hour. They also cleaned all the broken glass in my car. The entire staff was very courteous and the waiting room was nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Check their Better Business Bureau rating before you decide to use them.

Horrible Service. Missed the appointment window by two days because they ordered the wrong parts and the limited availability of their "trained" technicians . If excellent service is your priority, Auto Glass Now is not recommended.

They came to my house in Dublin and installed a new windshield in my truck. I noticed while driving that there was a lot of wind noise. I called Auto Glass Now to reinstall. They said I would have to take it to Oakland for the warranty. I asked how much to come out to Dublin, they said $100. They originally charged $60 for labor to install it the first time.

I had a pickup truck back window installed and a month later it popped out when I shut the door. They might do that so they can come back and rip you off later.
