The worst cargo forwarder that I ever dealt with, promise a 27 days delivery service to the the Philippines but until now the package that I shipped out march 11 2014 hasn't arrived yet, after calling them numerous times there excuse is that the customs are conducting a thorough inspection of every container that arriving in the Philippines, I ship another package to another cargo forwarder which is atlas the same day to compare which one provide a better service atlas deliver it after 31 days, so basically this alpha cargo are lying to there customers about that issue in the Philippines I called them and tell them about the situation how come the other forwarder doesn't have issues with the custom the agent told they were lucky. ALPHA CARGO should change there name to ALPHA SINO ALPHA GAGO

This company is UNRELIABLE. The local office in Manila is staffed by TOTALLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. I am still waiting for three boxes that were supposed to be delivered in Manila between April 3 and April 10, 2014. The ship was to have departed on March 14, 2014. After numerous phone calls to their local agent in the Philippines (ERG Express), we found out that the ship did not even arrive until April 19, 2014.
