I was referred to Top Notch by another commercial real estate investor, after a couple of bad experiences with other contractors. The owner, Bill Reilly, responded quickly, worked effectively, and was priced reasonably. I was able to trust Top Notch with full access to our commercial building. They did an exceptional job installing a new boiler, and the following year I knew I could count on them to install a new HVAC system. For any follow up questions or concerns, our calls were answered promptly. It's unusual to have a good contractor that has the technical skills, personal and professional skills that you need.
