No customer service is a correct statement. They sprayed 2,4-D on my ornamentals and ignored me after I sent them pictures. I called to cancel the service and didn't even care or ask why.

Poor customer service!!!

Would not recommend Kapps!! We had a few issues and they were never addressed appropriately!
