Bad bad business......the mngr. Andrew has a chip on his shoulder treats you like your beneath him, they give you pricing and when you come in it's way off [much higher]. Also they bash your credit example I went in to buy a machine with 4k in hand after summiting 5 credit checks I was denied so i checked with one other place and wala one check instantly approved not only approved but way better pricing like 2,500 cheaper. So stay away bad bad business!!!!!!

Id rather buy something from what used to be crazy freddys than go here...completely over priced on everything owner is out of his mind with pricing. Their other stores such as new york motorcycle and xtreme motorcycle are at least helpful unlike formula one where all they want is for you to pay the price they ask for and thats it no negotiations

Went into to look at a 2000 Honda CBR600F4i. List price on this bike is 2400 according to KBB. Keep in mind this is a 16 year old bike they took on a trade in. They wanted 4500 for a bike that old plus 200 on top of it to have their shop check the bike out before leaving the showroom. Don't they usually do that when they take a trade in? Why should I pay for you to check out a bike again? I offered 2500 cash out the door and they didn't even try to negotiate with me. I took my cash to a private seller and got a newer bike with less miles for less than half what they wanted. Stay away. My friend had work done here and his bike came back worse.

Sales staff was entirely un-helpful. Ended up buying a pre owned bike. They sent me riding away down sunrise highway with hardly any brake pads, shot tires and mirrors that came loose before i touched 3rd gear. When I took the bike back to them they refused to fix anything but the wobbly mirrors. Definitely would NOT suggest buying here.
