What can I say. Dr Ned; fixed Bella’s anemia; is a super caring doctor and is a cute English guy... what’s not to like 😊

I moved here from oregon two years ago and i love this place. Staff are very welcoming and digger loves coming here. He was afraid to go into my old vets office. Thanks for taking good care of him and helping with his heart condition. I know he can be a little 'trying' but you guys seem to understand him. Mary

Definitely not impressed. Took my dog for a rabis shot and also to get his nails cut. When we first entered the girls working the front counter are incredibly rude continuing there own personal conversations and not even saying hello. We then got into the room. The vet asked me if I would like to get a physical for my dog and I said no not at this time and she rudly asked me "why". After she finally understood that I wasn't going to get him a physical this day he got his shot, and they proceeded to take him to the back to get his nails cut. I could here him howling ( which is normal for him when cutting nails) also you could here the vet yelling at him.. They then brought him back in an aggressive manner and abruptly said " we aren't doing this" ... My dog is so stressed from this vet visit he refuses to leave my side. I have never experienced such a negative environment when it comes to a vet. Moving here from another state with my dog I was hopeful to find a great vet and now I know it will not be oakdale veterinary group. Do not got to this place , completely unprofessional.

Very disappointed. My son and...

Very disappointed. My son and daughter-in-law took their cat here due to an infection from being in a cat fight. They cleaned him up and gave him an antibiotic shot and sent him home with no more antibiotics. The cat's infection got worse resulting in a fever that left him very disoriented, and no appitite. They took him back without an appointment as they consider it an emergency. When they got him there, they were told that there would be an ADDED charge because of no appointment. Called "Old Towne Veterinary" and was told to bring in the cat, and that they NEVER charge for not having an appointment. Mel (the Vet) gave him a shot, plus sent him home with a supple of antibiotics. Thanks to Mel, the cat is much, much better, and is eating again.
