I rented the rolls Royce wrath for my sons prom and the car made him scream with excitement since it was a surprise. The driver was professional and made sure my baby made it home safe. We had a great experience with this company.

All around service, cars and drivers can be summed up in one word; superb! I promised customer service that if they made my wedding day amazing I'd write a review. Here it is. The Rolls Royce was.. well you can see the photo I took to sum it up in your own words. Thank you, thank you, thank you CelebLux for making my wedding day aaaaaamazing!

After reading all the bad reviews I requested to cancel my reservation I am now happy I didn't. Customer service was kind enough to explain to me that they had new owners take over since 2016 and with that they purchased new vehicles and restructured the entire company.

They sure proved themselves. I rented their rolls royce convertible and posh bus for my wedding and they delivered. The car and bus were spectacular, as in their pictures and the driver was very professional. Customer service was also very friendly and accommodating from start to finish.

Hated it

I reserved a stretch limo for my daughter and son-in-law, 4/30/16. The deposit was submitted, and I received both an e-mail and phone call confirmation. Come wedding day, no Limo showed. I called and received an"oh wow", as a response as to my reservation.He said he would call me back in 10 minutes, but I never heard from him, or the company again. Every time I called subsequently, no one would answer, and the mailbox was full. Even during business hours. I never received an apology, nor an explanation as to what happened. I had to declare fraud to my credit card company to get my deposit back. My entire evening was ruined with me trying to secure transportation from another company, on short notice, on prom night.

BEWARE of this company they are DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and borderline FRAUDULENT. The 25 of us had to make last minute transportation arrangements because of the grossly irresponsible way in which they run their business and handle their customers.



I reserved a Limo Bus and put down a $120 deposit to secure the reservation 4 days in advance. I called on our pickup date at 8pm to confirm location and pickup time of 10PM and everything sounded good.



Then I get a call at 10:15, 15 Minutes after the bus is supposed to be here, and he tells me the bus has electrical issues and cannot come anymore. If the bus had an issue, they would've known about it well before 1015pm, but just didn't bother to tell me. Or the bus didn't have electrical issues at all and they were flat out lying because they overbooked it.



I asked for my $120 deposit back and he said he couldn't do it until Monday. Monday comes, and no refund. They didn’t refund my $120 deposit until I disputed my credit card statement.

Customer Beware about CelebLuxLimos (www.celebluxlimos.com).



Please read reviews before booking with the company. They ruined our wedding pictures. We rented a "25" person party bus with the wedding package (champagne, red carpet, decorations all included), everything paid for in advance.



After the ceremony, we headed to the bus with our 23 guests to find out the bus only sat 18 people (and that was uncomfortable). The other seven people had to stand. There was no red carpet to the bus, no champagne, no ice, no cooler or fridge and the MP3 player was broken.



We thought, oh well, lets have fun. We had the driver for 3 hours and planned on going to 2 or 3 parks to take wedding pictures. We told the driver where to take us first. When he missed the turn, one of the passengers standing asked if he needed directions. He responded with, "no, I need to make a quick stop." I climbed over everyone and asked the driver is there is a problem. He said no and that he needs to make a quick stop. We then pull into a gas station. He turns back to me and orders me to get out of the bus and fill the tank.



I was extrememly confused, as the fuel and gratuity were pre-paid. He refused to move the bus until I filled the tank. I thought to myself, when was the last time I got into a limo or cab and I was responsible for filling the tank. We spent about 10 minutes arguing and he finally called his boss. I spoke to his boss, explained the situation and then the driver spoke to him. Again, he refused to move until I filled the tank.



He held us against our will for 30 minutes. After some more discussions, the driver decided to dump us off at the reception and would not take us to where we wanted. We did not make it to any of the parks for pictures.



We moved on and did not let it ruin the night. We headed inside and the reception was perfect. The next morning, I come to find out the driver came back to the reception hall and told some of our guests who were just arriving that nothing was paid for and unless someone pays him $300, he is going to call the police. One of my very kind guests did not want this to ruin our wedding night, so he paid with his credit card.



So not only was the bus smaller than advertised, wedding package not provided, broken mp3 player, and missed pictures while being held against our will, we got embarrassed because the driver comes back, lies to one of our guests and steals $300.



I am not one to spend time posting reviews, however, when something like this happens, I want to inform other consumers so they are not in a similar situation.



I even gave CelebLuxLimo the benefit of the doubt in case our driver was new and they did not know what happened. I called them the day after the wedding and the dispatcher told me he would return my call once he spoke to the owner. I never got a call back.



I called them a few days later and told them I would be willing to go on with my life and they could focus on their business if they provided a full refund. Their response was that the bus was there and that is all that matters. I told them that they can reconsider and if they do not agree to a refund, that I will contact the Better Business Bureau as well as post reviews about my experience.



Well, as you read, you know the outcome and how CelebLuxLimos does business. Please use caution if you decide to use this company.
